Terms & Conditions — Nova Neuro Text Messaging Program

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the Nova Neuro patient text messaging program operated by NOVANEURO VINDICTADIAGNOSTICS LLC, doing business as Nova Neuro ("Nova Neuro," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these Terms.
Program Name
Nova Neuro Patient Texts (appointment scheduling, appointment notifications, and care coordination).
Program Description
Nova Neuro is a neurology practice. When you opt in, we send you transactional text messages related to your care, including appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, telehealth (video visit) links, and care-coordination messages. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
How to Opt In
You may opt in by:
- providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages during patient intake/registration, and then replying YES to our one-time confirmation text; or
- texting START to our practice number.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your care and appointments (for example, scheduling messages, confirmations, and reminders).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Nova Neuro does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply depending on your plan.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you any further texts unless you opt in again. You may also contact us using the information below.

Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and your text-messaging opt-in and consent are not shared with third parties except the providers that help us deliver the messages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
