This Privacy Policy explains how NOVANEURO VINDICTADIAGNOSTICS LLC, doing business as Nova Neuro ("Nova Neuro," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, request or receive care, or participate in our patient text messaging program.

Nova Neuro is a healthcare provider. Text Messaging Privacy
If you opt in to our patient text messaging program, the mobile information you provide is used only to deliver the transactional, care-related messages described in our Terms & Conditions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text-messaging opt-in and consent information is not shared with any third parties except the service providers that help us deliver the messages (for example, our messaging platform and carriers), and only as needed to send those messages.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can request help by replying HELP.

We share information only as necessary to provide care and operate our practice, and only as permitted by law. This may include:
